CHARLOTTE

Charlotte Curtis found strength training, running and Yoga 11 years ago- after some deep struggles with addiction and losing a parent at a young age. Strength training and racing truly saved her life and it is her goal to share these gifts with people from all walks of life. At Slay Fitness she places a huge emphasis on individualized programming, coupled with mobility, movement pattern correction, and mind/body connection. Not one client trains the same, because no one is the same and that’s what she loves so much about her job! She finds fitness exciting and loves her work as much as she loves her clients!! GROUP TRAINING

Clients will burn calories, build muscle and have fun - all while enjoying a friendly and encouraging setting! Classes will offer both advanced and modified options. Movements are taught with safety and effectiveness in mind. Every class is different and dynamic and has a little something for everyone!
